Editor's default CSS is responsive, such that it will redraw its layout to be shown in an optimal manner for any device used to view a page with Editor in it. For example, on a desktop computer the form is shown with the inputs and labels in the form aligned on the same rows. On a phone they are shown as stacked. This is done to ensure that Editor can be used on any device.
Although the default CSS is responsive, you might wish to customise it. The Editor manual has detailed information about how Editor can be styled by CSS, but this example shows how you might show the form inputs stacked in a column with the field labels.
